A glass of Cap Classique elevates the soul and sends the senses soaring.

The hand-picked, and meticulously sorted grapes, are gently pressed to produce the juice that is fermented to dryness before being skillfully blended to create the base wines. Following the traditional Méthode Champenoise, the base wines undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle, producing delightful, palate-tantalizing bubbles. Our vintage certified Cap Classiques are aged sur lees for a minimum of 36 months before being riddled and disgorged. This ensures our Cap Classiques have depth and complexity, with an elegant, ultra-fine mousse.
