Sauvignon blanc harvest 2025 feedback
As the 2025 harvest season has come to an end, we are delighted to share that it has blessed us with exceptional quality grapes and wine.
Although the harvest started later than anticipated, it quickly gained momentum. All our Sauvignon blanc vineyards were harvested, and the grapes processed, within just four weeks.
Thanks to good weather conditions and the absence of any major disruptive rains, the grapes were able to ripen slowly and optimally, just the way we like it.
Through meticulous sorting, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, we ensured that only the finest grapes made it into our 2025 production.
A little patience will be required before the first releases from this vintage, as our Sauvignon blancs are currently resting on fine lees to enhance and preserve their complexity, vibrant character and unlock their full potential.
