Lomond Cap Classique Range
Our Cap Classique range includes some of the most exquisite sparkling wines you’ll find. The Lomond Brut is a classic, offering a crisp and refreshing profile with notes of green apple, citrus, and a hint of brioche. It’s perfect for any celebration or simply to enjoy on a sunny afternoon.
For those who prefer a touch of pink the Lomond Brut Rosé is a delightful choice. This sparkling rosé combines the freshness of red berries with a delicate creaminess, making it an ideal partner for both savoury and sweet dishes. Its vibrant colour and lively bubbles make every occasion feel festive.
The Lomond blanc de blanc 2019 vintage uses the traditional méthode champenoise method and this Cap Classique is aged sur lees for a minimum of 24 months before being riddled and degorged. Bright, golden sun-kissed straw with intense aromas of white fruit, almond nuts and hints of minerality. Ultra fine mousse, showing hints of brioche and freshness that gives the wine a lingering aftertaste. Absolutely delightful!
And last but not least our Lomond Nectar – a blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir with citrus notes and a crisp and refreshing acidity balanced with a creamy texture – my personal favourite!
