Welcoming the 2026 Harvest and Fynbos Renewal

As February nears, we welcome more than just the arrival of our 2026 grapes, we welcome a season of renewal across the land that sustains us.

The vineyards are looking exceptional, the best growing season since 2019.

We live largely in a fire-driven ecosystem in our fynbos biome but we were fortunate to emerge unscathed from the recent fires.

This resilient ecosystem, so intrinsic to our sense of place in the Cape Agulhas region, continues to remind us of the quiet strength of nature when given the space and care to recover.

Our ongoing commitment to fynbos conservation remains at the heart of what we do. Through careful stewardship and collaboration with local conservation initiatives, we are proud to support the return of indigenous plant life, ensuring that biodiversity thrives alongside our vines for generations to come.

To celebrate our 2026 Harvest, we’re hosting two Blessing of the Harvest events in February with Lost Boy Wines.

Both events are already sold out, but you can still join us at the

Agulhas Wine Triangle Festival at Lomond in April.

Details on bookings and tickets below.

This harvest feels especially meaningful, and we want to take a moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate both the fruit of the season and the landscape that makes it possible.

Thanks for joining us on this journey.

Cheers,
Geoff
